Morning 7 am:
3 glass of water
500gm Butter with/without bread as breakfast
8am:
3 plate Idli (6 idlis)
1 glass juice (orange)
10am:
2-4 samosa
12:30 pm:
4 rotis with ghee/butter + rice
4:30 pm:
1 glass juice
6:00 pm:
2 sandwich + cold drink (and no swimming)
8:00 pm:
4 aloo parantha
late night:
3 glass of mango shake
sleep by 11:00 pm
